The hotel had very clean rooms with smart TVs allowing access to Netflix and ITV hub. The service was excellent, and the location was picturesque, albeit a bit pricey due to the need for taxis. The dining was mostly good, with occasional service hiccups. However, the open green spaces made relaxation challenging.
The hotel is located perfectly, overlooking picturesque green spaces and close to Silverstone, making it tricky to access without a taxi but offering a tranquil setting. The rooms are modern, clean, and open up to the real world, not a corridor, enhancing the stay. The dining experience, although initially promising and 5-star, fell short when the chef left early on one occasion, impacting the breakfast service negatively.
Upon arrival, the hotel seemed a bit like Butlins at first sight, but I was pleasantly surprised by the immaculate rooms and stunning location. The service was top-notch, and despite the tricky location adding to the cost, the picturesque setting made it all worth it. The dining experience had its hiccups but offered a clean and chic environment. Overall, a mixed experience with great highlights.
